David N. Bazar

Primary areas of practice: Trust and Estate Planning and Estate Settlement.  He also has experience in Personal Injury, Corporate/Business Law, and Family Law/Divorce. David is active in the Rhode Island Bar Association and presently serves as the President of the Rhode Island Bar. He is a member of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Providence Country Day School. He is a past recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award and the Continuing Service Award from the Rhode Island Bar Association, awards that recognize attorneys who donate significant time to help individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford legal representation, to have the finest legal advice available. David serves as Municipal Court Judge for the Town of East Greenwich, Rhode Island. He has served as a Mock Trial Judge for the Rhode Island Legal Education Partnership and has served as an arbitrator for the Superior Court Annexed Program in Rhode Island. David received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College and graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of Bridgeport. During law school, he was the Managing Editor of the Law Review.
